The annual brochure is valid from January 1 to December 31.
Another Paris tourist train carries up to 56 passengers for sightseeing cultural tours, at the heart of Paris, to discover the life and heritage of different districts. For a better comfort groups of adults are limited to 50 passengers. Individual earphones giving multilingual comments are provided for each passenger. Accessible by people in wheelchairs with the help of the driver, the train can accommodate one or two wheelchairs. People with hearing-aids or deaf people can follow proceedings and points of interest thanks to explanatory texts that are broadcasted on the video screens of each of the three carriages. Another Paris services were certified by Tourisme & Handicaps.
A daily programme alternating several routes and several places of departure and arrival is established for the year but remains approximate. The hours, programmes and duration of the routes are likely to change at any time. Another Paris cannot be held responsible for possible public works, traffic jams, blocking of streets, delays, strikes, demonstrations, bad weather, snow or a rise in the Seine's water levels. Another Paris reserves the right to cancel or modify certain routes without notice if the comfort or safety of passengers requires it and in the event of a strike or demonstration or any other event. Another Paris reserves the right to cancel or delete a departure without notice if no pre-reservation has been registered.
The rates listed on the brochure and on the website are expressed in Euros and include all taxes. Prices are based on economic conditions existing at the date of publication of the annual brochure. Another Paris reserves the right to change prices without notice. The child rate is for children aged up to 11. An ID may be requested.
The payment is required before departure. Means of payment accepted onboard: Euros, French chèques vacances ANCV, credit cards: Carte Bleue, Visa, Eurocard / Mastercard. Any route interruption may not be refund, even partially.
6-Online ticket office
Buying tickets on line can offer advantages. Payment by credit card on the website www.another-paris.com is secure. Warning: buying an individual ticket by Internet does not guarantee any determined time slot, which is not the case of groups and disabled people, who benefit from specific modes of booking. To avoid any inconvenience, we recommend to clients to reserve their seats is the evening the day before their visit by calling +33 6 31 99 29 38 an to attend at the boarding point about ten minutes before the scheduled time of departure. The customer can try to board without having pre-reserved but if the train is already full when the customer arrives, the customer will embark on a later departure, and may not claim any refund, even partially.
Personal data: the online ticketing activity on the website has been declared to the CNIL (receipt n°1593509 v 0 of 11 June 2012). The information collected is the subject of computer processing intended for sending tickets or ticket numbers to customers who place an order via Internet. The addressee of the data is Another Paris sales manager (Anne Chénais). In accordance with the Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978 modified in 2004, each customer enjoys the right to access and rectify information concerning him/her that can be exercised by sending a letter to Another Paris - 47 rue Froidevaux 75014 Paris - France or an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. The customer can also, for legitimate reasons, oppose the processing of data concerning him/her.
Each user should read the general terms of sale and accept them before any transaction.
7-Recommendations to passengers
Each passenger must be aware of safety: do not lean out, do not get their heads or a member out of the carriage, do not throw anything outside, do not open the doors being route, do not stand, do not move abruptly from one side to another of the carriage (risk of overturning the carriage), down only after complete stop of the train and, in case of a prolonged stop during the route, wait for the information given by the driver.
Children aged 0-18 must be accompanied by adults. Adults must take care of the children they accompany. For the safety of the children, adults should make sure they sit quietly, do not suddenly agitate, do not change their place, do not climb the seats and do not hide under, do not play with door handles or with buttons, and do not twist the earphones wire around their neck.
Another Paris recommends passengers to take care of their personal belongings and do not forget anything on board. Another Paris cannot be held responsible and cannot guarantee the return of any items left on board. For safety reasons Another Paris team may refuse big luggage on board the little train.
It is strictly forbidden to smoke, eat or drink (except water) on board. Pets are not allowed on board, except guide dogs.
Departures: they take place in the usual places authorized by the "arrêté préfectoral" (9 rue Lagrange 75005 or rue de l'Amiral de Coligny 75001 depending on the route). The looking after and dropping off again of groups at their hotel or restaurant or somewhere else are not possible.
Booking: it is compulsory for all group services and effective on receipt of 80% of the payment of the order. The balance of 20% will be paid the day itself, before departure, and readjusted if necessary depending on real numbers.
Cancellation: for any cancellation of a service booked in advance, the following fees will be deducted from the refund:
More than 30 days before the tour: no fee - 100% refund
Between 29 and 8 days before the tour: € 50 will be deducted from the refund
7 days or less before the tour: no refund
The applicable law is the French law. In case of dispute, the competent court is the Court of Paris.
